Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Unscripted Truths. Each order is prepared with care, and I want your artwork to arrive safely and in the best possible condition. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are processed before they are shipped. Processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier.

Art Prints: Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Original Artwork: Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for packaging and preparation before shipment.

Custom/Commissioned Artwork: Shipping timelines for commissioned pieces vary depending on the project. An estimated completion and shipping timeframe will be communicated during the commission process.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and available shipping method.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, unexpected delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Unscripted Truths’ control may occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Unscripted Truths as soon as possible. I will do my best to make the correction before your order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Unscripted Truths is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first for additional information.

If you still need assistance afterward, please contact Unscripted Truths and I will do my best to help you determine the next steps.

If tracking shows that a package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the shipping carrier.

Unscripted Truths cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

Artwork is packaged carefully to help protect it during shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Unscripted Truths as soon as possible after delivery and include:

● Your order number

● A description of the damage

● Clear photographs of the damaged artwork

● Photographs of the packaging and shipping box or mailer

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and availability of the artwork, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Because original artwork is one of a kind, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to Unscripted Truths because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue caused by information provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
