Artwork & Intellectual Property

All original artwork, images, designs, written content, and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by Unscripted Truths or the respective rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, or commission does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold as reproductions, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Original Artwork & Prints

We make every effort to accurately represent the appearance, colors, dimensions, and details of our artwork. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or display settings.

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and is subject to availability. Prints may be produced to order depending on the product.

Custom Commissions

Commission requests are subject to availability and acceptance by Unscripted Truths. Submitting a commission request does not guarantee that the project will be accepted.

Before work begins, the customer will receive confirmation of the agreed-upon artwork details, pricing, payment requirements, and estimated timeline.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer, commissions are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy and Commission Policy.

Orders & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Unscripted Truths reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be displayed during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Unscripted Truths is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us according to the procedures outlined in our Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds
