Refund Policy

At Unscripted Truths, every piece is created with intention and care. Due to the nature of original artwork, made-to-order prints, and custom commissions, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neyahhall@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are created specifically for each client and are therefore final sale. Once a commission is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

If your commissioned artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neyahhall@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Print Orders

All print orders are final sale. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neyahhall@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
